At Honest Paws, we’re committed to getting your pet's supplements to you as quickly as possible! Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately, which means we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once it’s been processed. If you do need to make adjustments, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist. Orders placed over the weekend cannot be modified.


If your order has already shipped, no worries! You can still exchange or return the product for a small fee of $5, which covers the return shipping and processing.
