Looking to try something new for your pet? You can easily swap out your subscription products at any time!
Log In: Head to the customer portal and sign in using the link below:
If you're having trouble signing in, it might be because you haven't created an account yet. If that's the case, you can easily register here:
1. Once you're logged in, head to "Subscriptions" and then click on "Manage Subscriptions".
2. Then click on the product you would like to modify and switch out for another product.
3. Scroll down and hit swap for another product.
4. Search and select the product you would like to receive and click on "Swap Product".
Afterward, you'll be returned to the subscription page, where your newly swapped item will appear for future orders!
