Need to Skip a Shipment or Adjust Your Delivery? We've Got You Covered!
If you ever find yourself with extra product or just need a break from a shipment, you can easily skip your next order for the current billing cycle.
Here’s how:
Log In: Head to the customer portal and sign in using the link below:
If you're having trouble signing in, it might be because you haven't created an account yet. If that's the case, you can easily register here:
1. Manage Your Subscription: After logging in, go to "Subscriptions" and then “Manage Subscriptions”
2. Skip or Adjust: You’ll have the option to skip your shipment for the current billing cycle.All you need to do is click "Skip". Alternatively, if you’d like to change the delivery date, simply click ”Reschedule".
