At Honest Paws, we strive to get your pet's supplements to you as quickly as possible. Once you place an order, it’s typically processed and ready to ship within one business day. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Please note that our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, and we don't process shipments on weekends. If you place an order after 1pm EST on Friday, your package will be shipped the following Monday.

If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 30 minutes of placing it, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
